The intermodal freight container, known colloquially as a shipping container, has been the major factor in the globalization of commerce in the second half of the 20th century. Every one of them has the logo of multinational corporation on the side, few of them household names. This book collects the logos of two dozen of the largest. Includes a foreword by Joeridge Chua, a Manila-based logistics journalist, and an afterword by street artist, Sluto, whose work has adorned many shipping containers across North America. Illustrations include a full-color guide to color schemes of intermodel freight containers.
